King Pest - Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.




1. Services Provided


King Pest offers professional pest control services for residential and commercial properties in Saskatoon and surrounding areas.

Our services include:

✔ Ant, cockroach, and rodent control
✔ Bed bug treatments
✔ Wasp nest and spider removal
✔ Wildlife control (raccoons, squirrels, etc.)
✔ Eco-friendly pest solutions


By booking a service, you acknowledge that: Services will be performed as outlined in the agreed quote. Additional work outside the quoted scope may require an updated estimate. Weather or unforeseen circumstances may impact scheduling.




2. Booking & Payment

A quote is required before service is scheduled. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer. Deposits may be required for certain wildlife or specialty treatments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days, King Pest reserves the right to take further action, including suspending future services.




3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled service may be subject to a fee. If weather or safety conditions prevent service, we will reschedule at the earliest available time.




4. Liability & Damage Policy

Our team takes every precaution to protect your home and property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to structures, wiring, or insulation. If damage occurs due to negligence on our part, we will assess and determine a fair resolution. Customers must inform our team before service if they are aware of existing cracks, leaks, or structural issues.




5. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

Pest Control Services: We guarantee effective treatment at the time of service. If pests return within 14 days, contact us — we will provide a follow-up visit.

Wildlife Removal: Humane removal services are provided under local regulations. Follow-up visits may be needed to ensure full resolution.




6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service, customers should: Provide clear access to affected areas (indoors and outdoors).Secure pets and inform us of any special needs. Remove fragile objects near treatment zones. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.




7. Privacy Policy


We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided (name, address, contact details) is used solely for scheduling, communication, and billing. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.




8. Changes to Terms of Service

King Pest reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
